Graduate of the Langara College Cranial Sacral Therapy program in 2009, I have been offering Cranial treatments in the Comox Valley for 13 years. With an approach of compassionate curiosity I aim to enhance and restore balance and optimal health of your tissues.
I am continually taking courses and evolving my practice and have recently been engaged in Neural Manipulation Training (2018-2022) with the Barral Institute and as well Visceral Manipulation Training (2014/2015) also with the Barral Institute. The work is Osteopathically based and can include in- depth treatment of organs and their connective tissue as well as directly releasing restrictions from nerve pathways, complementing the gentle Cranial work. In all the work I gently explores painful or restricted tissues throughout the body to unwind old strain patterns and expand the health and ease in all tissues.
Witnessing deeper energetic patterns I can also work with your energy centres to support you in restoring balance and flow of your Auric Field (Chakras). Completing all courses offered in an Intuitive healing series throughIntuitive Mind in 2012, I also took their Psychic Mastery Program in 2013. This work has strengthened my meditation practice and grounded my treatments in the energetic and spiritual world. Clairvoyant readings can help us get a spiritual perspective on why we become stuck in unhealthy patterns and shed light on areas in our lives where we wish to bring change.
