Based in the Comox Valley Catherine has been offering Intuitive Craniosacral Sessions for over 15 years. CST is a light-touch, hands-on therapy that works with the Central Nervous System and it’s protective tissues to relieve tensions, release trauma, and to enhance and restore proper function in the body.

What can I expect from a Session?
Each session begins with a guided meditation to support the body and mind coming into connection and into the theta brainwave. The journey to deeper connection with ourselves begins when we can cultivate time and space to attend to the body's messages. Treatments are usually an hour and we discuss your challenges and goals. Wear Comfortable clothes for your session.
