Catherine creates a safe and sacred space that allows clients to deeply relax and access their own natural healing capacity. Her approach to healing is light, humorous, and full of curiosity. A mother of small children, she balances family, work and play with full presence and laughter. Dancing, being out doors, and discovering new things about the inner and outer world fuel her passion for life!   

With a background of basic training in energetic therapies, she started her path in healing work and CST over 10 years ago. Graduate of the Langara College Cranial Sacral Therapy program in 2009, she finds Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) treatments help clients release trauma and relieve tensions, enhancing and restoring proper function in the body. Using delicate touch, Catherine gently explores painful or restricted tissues throughout the body to unwind old strain patterns and expand the health and ease in all tissues.

Witnessing with compassionate heart, Catherine also works with your energy field to restore balance and harmony.  Aura readings, body balancing, past life readings, contracts and agreements are a few of the areas of focus. In the last two years, she has completed an Intuitive healing series through Intuitive Mind and deepened her meditation practice.  grounding in the energetic and spiritual world.  Clairvoyant readings can help us get a spiritual perspective on why we become stuck in unhealthy patterns.
